Twenty-seven years after the passage of the ADA and there’s still confusion about what’s required. Do you need to provide assistive listening devices for your program participants? Can any dog be a service animal? What about miniature horses? Does all your material need to be in large print? Does your website need to be accessible? What does that mean? We will discuss these and other issues. We’ll review disability etiquette and terminology. There will be plenty of time for your questions.

Presenter: Stacy Hart, New England ADA Center
